This darling home is a great place to stay whether you are here for business or pleasure. You can enjoy all that Utah has to offer while staying here. This home is centrally located in Salt Lake City. There are many delicious restaurants and fun bars located in Sugar House, Downtown all about 5-10 minutes away. With the freeway a 5 minute drive away you can access the world class ski resorts with 20 min. drive up the canyon. There is no longer a gate at the driveway.

The property was fine and reasonably priced. We also appreciated the location for our ski trip.However, there were certainly a few issues still. It appeared that not a single pillowcase was changed or cleaned. There were several human hairs on each pillowcase and we arrived very late at night so there was not an opportunity to wash anything ourselves. One pillowcase also had an obscure smell, drool stains and a brown residue that could be scraped off with a fingernail. We all used our own t shirts as pillow cases the first night...Additionally, the upstairs shower drains very slowly so we were forced to stand in a pool of your own filth while showering.Great location but lacking the amenities necessary for good hygiene.

The check in was easy and informative. The kitchen was clean well kept. There may be a leak in the refrigerator because there was a little puddle of water that formed in the middle of the floor that we thought came from the refrigerator.

Property as advertised - no surprises! AC was strong, and welcome in the heat. Amy promptly let us know up on booking that the gate was down - therefore no longer fully fenced, in case this was an issue for us staying with dogs. Nicely stocked. No complaints. We will be back!

Great Location

Our host Amy was easy to get in touch with and contacted me very quickly with answers to my questions. We received a wonderful welcome package and every thing we needed to enjoy our stay was easily accessible. The air conditioning was excellent and the TV's were nice to watch in extremely comfortable chairs. The location of the house was great. We had an event at the American Grand Hotel and we were only about 6 minutes away, We enjoyed our stay and would happily book again if we go back to Utah!

Overall, this was an excellent rental property. The owner was communicative, the surrounding area was peaceful and the home was well cared for, traveler-friendly and functional. Centrally located and super convenient with our dog

We stayed several nights . The neighborhood is quiet and the fenced yard made it easy to let the dog in and out. The street in front was busy during rush hour making it a little difficult to get out sometimes. Be sure to drink water from the britta pitcher in the fridge as the be pipes are galvanized steel. .

Roomy, clean and convenient

Our family of 4 stayed here for over a month while we waited to find a home in Salt Lake City. The house is updated and clean, the neighborhood is safe and friendly with parks and playgrounds nearby. The fenced backyard is perfect if you have kids, pets, or just want to sit outside & enjoy the outdoors or barbecue on the grill. Our host was always extremely responsive and we would stay there again.

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! House was clean and beds were very comfy. Looks tiny on the outside, but plenty of room inside.Close to grocery stores and other necessities. Neighborhood is quiet.The location was perfect for what we needed: moving my son from New Orleans to SLC. It was about a 5 minute drive to his new place. Think we found our SLC spot.
