Rooms were clean, check in and out process was smooth. Staff at the front desk was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good (I liked the fresh pico de gallo, my wife enjoyed the fresh fruit). Mattresses in the bed were not all that comfortable. Smoke detector light is bright and hard to ignore when you turn the lights out and try to sleep.

My stay at the Crystal Inn was good - the hotel staff was efficient and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable, but could use some updating; and,the Lyft to the airport was great. My only complaint was the breakfast. The cooked food was not hot which had a direct impact on the quality.
