The staff and service were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok, nothing special and could use some updating. The hallways or at least the 4th floor were gross, very dirty and dingy and smelled. The hot tub wasn’t hot and there were panels open in ceiling letting cold air in pool area.

Room was not clean, lots of dirt and dust on floors and furniture and mildew in the shower. The shower didnt work- made loud noises, sputtery water- more leaky than even a basic stream- and never got hot. Toilet was running the whole time even though we tried checking the pump and everything. Lastly, bedding was not clean- had to ask for new sets.

Room was cold turned on the heat to 85 and was still blowing cold but I got in late so I just jumped in bed to keep warm. Went to get in the shower the next morning and the lever you pull up to shower would not come up. What a dumpy place for $100 a night.

Was going to stay. When I booked the room, I bought the protection. We didn’t get to go to the concert. I tried to cancel the room less than 24 hours after I booked when we found out we couldn’t go. Hotel wouldn’t refund the money. What is the protection plan for? Ridiculous. I will never book with this hotel again.
