The breakfast was excellent, the staff professional, the bed and shower cozy. My only complaint is that the room could use some maintenance—there were a couple of rips in the gauzy layer of curtains, a dent in the wall, a burnt out bathroom light bulb. All fixable, and I was fine regardless.

Not recommended

Room was clean. Beds and pillows hard and uncomfortable. Ac/heater made a constant loud noise that kept us fromsleeping well. Motion light in room SUCKS kept turning on all night and waking us up. Hall, elevator, pool/hottub and breakfast area was dirty and dingy/dated looking. Elevator smelled of burning belt which was scary. No parlking available. For $30 more a night should have stayed Hyatt.

Really disappointing. TV never worked in the 2 days I was there. No refrigerator in the room. Carpet and general areas really dingy and not kept up. location is only saving grace. very close to highway.

Every thing was fine. Its right next to the freeway, but you don't notice it hardly at all. The only problem I had was that the flapper on the toilet was leaking so it ran about every 15 minutes all through the night which sometimes I noticed and sometimes I didn't. It happens. I mentioned it on their survey...

The hotel staff were friendly upon check in but did call my room accidentally at 11:30pm waking me up. The room was clean enough but run down. All but 2 plugs were so loose that they would not hold anything in the outlets. The second day/night of our 4 night stay had no hot water and we only learned about it when the reception staff checked a man in and then told him, she never mentioned it to us when we got our rooms key’s rebooted to open the door. The free breakfast has much to be desired.

Everything was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast with lots of options. Didn’t have time to enjoy the pool. We were very happy with the food options and grocery store. The bathtub needsa bath mat, it was a bit slippery.

our room was loud, no microwave, she reluctantly changed us to another room, referring to how our move was making HER job harder. She also said that our move to a decent room would make other guests who arrived after us unhappy. The next morning, when we tried to talk to the supposed mgr about it, she wouldn't listen and told us to leave or she would call the police. she told my husband that he was threatening her and taking her to a dark place that she refused to go tolWe will NEVER stay there again.
