Beautiful apartment, almost new, air conditioned, quiet, the sea view is unique and exceptional.
These are small terraced houses nested with each other descending
towards the sea.
Port Aventura less than 5 minutes by car

 parking space, 40m2 terrace, plancha, washing machine and flat screen.
There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and
the dining room with 3 beds.
The center (supermarket, bar, restaurant, shop) is less than 5 minutes on foot as is the beach.

Amazing view

Excellent if you want to be away from it all. Property was smaller than the photos lead you to believe but was fine for 2 adults and 1 child. Only one restaurant, 1 bar and a small supermarket open when we were there. Has a dolce gusto machine but no kettle so it was boil a pan or have lukewarm tea. No towels or iron provided. The apartment is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the many steps down to it. We loved it there though due to the view and the size of the balcony. The owner communicated excellently and his representative who met us was very friendly.

Location conforme à la description. La vue est magnifique et l appartement est bien placé dans la résidence. Très peu de passage devant la terrasse et peu de vis à vis. La plage accessible à pied en 5 min est super ; familiale agréable comme une crique et sable fin. Le propriétaire répond très rapidement. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Superbe

Un point de vue époustouflant, l’appartement est très fonctionnel, on y trouve tout le nécessaire. La Clim est très appréciable la nuit pour dormir au frais. 2 plages à proximité en sortant directement de la résidence (attention aux enfants il faut crapahuter ds les rochers). La piscine est entretenue tous les matins et elle est idéalement placée. Le propriétaire est très sympa et disponible. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir

Séjour Salou

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement à Salou. Il est tres bien situé, magnifique vue sur la mer, on peut aller à pied à la plage en 5 minutes. L appart dispose d un grand frigo, de la Clim et de la machine à laver ce qui est appréciable pour ne pas s encombrer de linge, de la fibre. Il y a juste quelques petits détails à revoir, vus avec le propriétaire, qui est très à l écoute, et réactif ce qui est très agréable. Merci à vous, nous le recommanderons.

Appartement un peu défraîchi

A notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé l’appartement non nettoyé par les précédents locataires (a priori des gens plutôt sales) comme s’ils étaient partis précipitamment. Notre séjour à donc commencé par un décrassage du logement (vaisselle, meubles, frigo, toilettes, douche …) Nous avons informé le propriétaire qui a été réactif et s’est excusé. Il a prévu de faire venir une femme de ménage après notre départ. Plus globalement, l’appartement est bien situé avec comme atout principal la terrasse face à la mer et une résidence très calme avec une piscine correcte mais peu de places de parking. L’intérieur de l’appartement a en revanche besoin d’être rénové ( baie vitrée qui a du mal à s’ouvrir, 2 stores du séjour et celui de la chambre cassés, trous au plafond dans la cuisine et au niveau de la baie, bas de porte salle de bain abîmée suite à plusieurs inondations ( probablement dues à des locataires négligents qui ne mettent pas bien le rideau de douche), pomme de douche et évier de gauche de la cuisine qui fuient, literie à remplacer … Bref, l’appartement a besoin de sérieux travaux de remise en état (nous avons pu constater que d’autres appartements de cette résidence ont été rénovés avec goût) et d’être à l’avenir mieux entretenu.

Mooi zicht , wat veroudert.

OP de voet van een berg te vel trappen zicht op zee de woning is wel aan een opknap beurt toe vooral de bedden. Het terras is wel prachtig met een mooi uitzicht op de zee en salou.

Fantastischer Ausblick, der Natur so nah

Sehr schön. Kleiner als auf den Bildern aber alles da. Die Terasse ist einfach super toll. Cap Salou ist eine gute Adresse für die die etwas mehr Natur und etwas weniger Tourirummel wollen als mitten in Salou. (Ostern). Bettdecken nicht vergessen, es gibt dort keine.

REMANSO DE PAZ FRENTE AL MEDITERRANEO

Alojarse en Cap Salou supone alejarse del bullicio del centro y disfrutar de la fantástica terraza de esta casa a escasos metros del mar. Es una casa pequeña pero con todo lo necesario para gozar de unas relajadas vacaciones frente al mar. El paseo de Ronda pasa a escasos metros y una pequeña playa a 5 minutos andando desde la casa hace más agradable la estancia. Gracias Laurent y Gustavo por facilitar que nuestras vacaciones hayan sido fantásticas!

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Am Rand der Anlage ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und Bestens erholt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, auch auf Englisch, vielen Dank dafür. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Also kleines Manko: Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben gefehlt. Und eine zu buchbare Endreinigung wäre toll.
