This private, self contained, keyless entry suite is the lower level of the home with 9ft ceilings giving the area a bright airy feel. Owners live above the suite.
Nearby: beaches, golf, fishing, hiking, boating, wineries, restaurants. Suite includes:
1 bedroom with queen bed. Private bath, sitting area with tv- Netflix/Prime, electric fireplace, ( Ac and furnace controlled from living quarters above the suite), indoor eating area. Kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes etc. Step out your patio door to a covered patio with chairs, outside eating area, bar and barbeque.
Front yard has fire pit ( conditions apply) or propane fire pit.

Paul has a beautiful location and property. Amazing views, with a well equipped patio, that was lovely to relax on and simply enjoy the view. Paul and Shirley have an amazing place. It doesn’t in any way feel like a basement apartment. It was spotlessly clean and it had some extra’s like a blender and BBQ. The views are absolutely spectacular. We will be back.
