Each villa is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a beautiful kitchen, one or two bathrooms, and Wi-Fi. Unwind on your private terrace, where you'll find an outdoor fireplace perfect for barbecuing or enjoying a cozy evening by the fire. For an extra touch of luxury, some villas even include their own private pool.

You'll likely spend most of your time on the expansive, covered terrace, furnished with a comfortable garden set and sunbeds. The private garden, bordered by lush bushes, is the perfect, safe space for children to play. Inside, the large living room features an inviting seating area, a flat-screen TV with international channels, and a cozy fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with built-in appliances, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms, all bedrooms have 2 single beds each and quality bed linen. There are two bathrooms: one with a bath and sink, and a second with a shower and sink. You'll also find an additional, separate toilet. As evening approaches, light up the barbecue and enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace - the perfect end to a perfect day.

Deposit

*At check in, a deposit is charged of an amount depending on the type of villa.
*You pay the deposit at the reception, this can be paid by credit card. The amount is blocked (not debited).
*The block is lifted approx. 2 weeks after departure if no damage is found.
*If paid by bank transfer or cash, the amount will be refunded within approx. 14 days (IBAN required).

Pets

*Well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated villas.
*Pet-free villas are also available for guests with allergies.
*Bringing a dog? Please indicate this when booking.
*Does any guest have a pet allergy? Please let us know when booking, so we can assign a suitable villa.

Rules for dogs in the park:
*Not allowed on beds, sofas, or chairs
*Any damage must be reported immediately
*Must be on a leash inside the park
*Walking dogs outside the park is required
*Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately
*Noise disturbance to neighbors must be avoided
*A nightly pet fee applies (shown in your booking overview)
*Proper documents (EU pet passport, vaccination, microchip) required
*An unauthorized pet will incur a fine per pet, per day
