Completely restored in 2021, the gîte is located on the upper floor of an old barn dating from 1930 (garages on the ground floor), close to the owners' home. You will have access to landscaped grounds and a private swimming pool (dimensions 2.50m x 6m, depth 1.20m) available from May to October depending on weather conditions. A beautiful terrace located upstairs with relaxation lounge, garden furniture and electric plancha offers you a breathtaking view of the forest. This unique cottage features a beautiful, bright living room opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, television, and a single bed. Two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed, a small guest bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Internet access. Electric heating. Pets are welcome under certain conditions (supplement, deposit, and mandatory cleaning). Towel rental and end-of-stay cleaning are available (fee-based services).
