We had two rooms. The floor in one of the rooms was slimy and dirty. A bed cover was stained and had mildew. The bathroom window operator was broken. The sink was clogged. The bath shower tiles are slippery. The ceiling of the other room has open ceiling tiles, which allowed us to hear all the noise from near rooms. Besides, it may allow easy access of insects or mice to the room.

Although the room and facilities were great, the was a No-Hot Water situation. Water was so cold… Looks like the complete floor did not had hot water and the office was closed when detected. I only stayed one night and reported at the checkout. If we could have a hoy shower that will convert this into a 5 star review!
