Absolutely unacceptable. Allowing construction to be done at 5 am in the room next to us, housekeeping yelling and laughing and banging everything imaginable on the walls and floor. We were rushed out and laughed out.. I will make sure they get the review they deserve on all sites.

Front desk staff was fine for checking in. I didn’t realize smoking rooms were still a thing, it was disgusting. Walls were nasty. Floor was dirty. Hole punched in the bathroom door. Roaches. The room condition does not meet basic cleanliness standards and was materially different from the listing.

The room was clean but in had damaged tub, flooring peeling up, damaged molding and extremely noisy heater. The soundproofing was good. No coffee in room or main office. One extremely old microwave available in main office, none in room.
