My travel mate went to go get us ice, and then discovered that the ice machine on the first floor, where we are and the second floor are broken. He had to go up to the third floor. We stayed here five months ago, and the machines were broken at that time too! I forgot that it was a less than optimal experience. But, in five months wouldn't you have fixed your ice machines? Hotels.com you need to do better. Fix your representation of this hotel in your site!"
