Unfortunately, the staff didn't really pay attention to the parking lot, where a bunch of people were hanging out, blasting music, and partying like crazy until late. Cleaning wasn't the best around the place, and the elevator got stuck two out of three times we tried to use it, but hey, it matches the price you pay for the stay.

Crack in the door seal wide enough to see the outdoors, no TV remote provided, dirty floors and unkempt grounds. When I asked for a 'quieter room in the back' not knowing the geography the check-in clerk accomodated my request without telling me a major freeway in back made the noise there worse than the street-facing side. It was very close to the fairgrounds which is why I chose it, but I'll drive a little further next time for better lodging.
