The studio is located on the 1st floor of the La Plage de l'Anse Caritan residence, offering views of the Caribbean Sea and Diamond Rock. You'll enjoy stunning sunsets over the sea. Built within a 3-hectare park on the beachfront, the residence features a bar-restaurant and swimming pool for its guests. Parking, a laundry room, and a kids' club are also available. A second restaurant is located on the beach. The residence is 700 meters from the town of Sainte Anne, where you'll find the local market, fish market, a convenience store, bakeries, pharmacy, doctors, bars, and restaurants. The studio now has its own Wi-Fi. It is air-conditioned, with a 22m² main room including a wardrobe, TV, a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a balcony with a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and crockery.
