The studio is located on the 2nd floor of the Anse Caritan beach residence, set in a 3-hectare park on the beachfront, with a bar-restaurant and a magnificent infinity pool. A second restaurant is also located on the beach. Parking, a laundry room, and a kids' club are available. It is located 700m from the town of Sainte Anne, where you will find the local market, the fish market, three convenience stores, bakeries, a pharmacy, doctors, and of course, bars and restaurants. The studio now has its own Wi-Fi. You have the benefit of self check-in. The key is in a coded lockbox located next to the door. The air-conditioned studio features a 22m² main room with a wardrobe, TV, Wi-Fi, a double bed (or two single beds), a sofa, a bathroom, and a balcony with a fully equipped kitchen including a stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes. The complex is located on the beachfront of Anse Caritan. Numerous other beaches are within walking distance.
