The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 49 m² chalet for rent in Saint-Prix, which can accommodate up to 7 travelers. It comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 15,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with a double sofa-bed, a solid wood table and chairs, and an open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... A washing machine is available in a cupboard.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with single bed and bunk beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

The chalet's roofing is plant-based, allowing for natural air conditioning.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 15,000 m² shared wooded garden with access to a pond where you can fish and swim. On request, we can provide an outdoor table to sit under the trees.
- Near the chalet, you'll find a swing area, a barbecue and a ping pong table.
- A 6 m² terrace at the entrance to the chalet.

The chalet is ideally located in Saint-Prix, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

Activities :
- Grand site de Bibracte au Mont Beuvray: major archaeological site of the capital of the Aedui people
- Autun (~15 km): a city with a rich Gallo-Roman heritage (gates, Saint-Lazare cathedral, etc.)
- Haut-Folin: highest point of the Morvan massif, located in the commune.
- Étang de la Goulette: a peaceful spot for walking or fishing.
- Visit the many local producers in La Rivière and surrounding hamlets.
You'll also find plenty of hiking, biking and horse-riding opportunities starting from the chalet.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the car park shared with Chalet Luzule. 2 spaces are available.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- The nearest train station, Le Creusot-TGV, is 50 minutes away by car.
- The Bourgogne - Dole-Jura (DLE) airport is available for domestic flights, and the Lyon-Saint-Exupéry (LYS) airport for international flights.
