We enjoyed staying at the Hotel Victoria. There was a very nice restaurant within a short walking distance down the road if you would rather not eat in the restaurant on the main floor. The shared bathroom situation took some co-ordination with the other guests, but the situation was not intolerable. Our sign-in upon arriving took some phone calls to get the room number and code, but it all worked out in the end. I did receive multiple emails in advance from Expedia saying I had messages from the Hotel Victoria in my Expedia account, but each time I went to retrieve them from my Expedia account there was nothing there.

The picture used by hotels.ca is NOT an accurate picture of the BnB. A restaurant occupies the front of this building , the BnB is around the back. Once we conquered the coded entrance and exterior stairs the place was lovely. There are 6 bedrooms with a/c,a full well, equiped kitchen, coffee and tea provided, 2 full bathrooms ( shared). No shared sitting area. Walkable to around the town. If you have mobilty issues this place would not be for you. Otherwise....enjoy!

All good and very nice but more a hostel than a hotel. Precarious access up many flights of external staircase. Plenty of parking and good location.
