Welcome to our spacious 173m² house, located in Saint-Melaine-sur-Aubance, near Angers, nestled in the heart of the Angers vineyards.

Perfect for family reunions or reunions with friends, this house can accommodate up to 12 people and offers you a unique setting for unforgettable moments of relaxation and sharing.

Located in the charming town of Saint-Melaine-sur-Aubance, this house is ideal for discovering the heritage of the Anjou region.
It is surrounded by vineyards and only a few minutes drive from the most beautiful sites of the Loire Valley. Proximity to wineries, hiking trails and historical sites.
