Open onto the port, the charming 40 m2 accommodation comprises a bedroom with high-quality bedding, a welcoming living space (facing due south) and an open-plan kitchen with semi-enclosed counter. Perfectly equipped, with wifi access, the apartment is very pleasant for a stay for two. The decoration, fresh, bright and contemporary, is inspired by the maritime world. Here is a privileged spot to book to live at the rhythm of a sunny island.

Nous avons aimé la vue sur le port, la pièce salon/salle à manger lumineuse. la chambre est vraiment petite et la porte qui fait office aussi de porte pour l'armoire n'est pas facile à gérer. Pour la cuisine, c'est très petit. Pas de plan de travail à part le le bar qui est vraiment trop haut pour cuisiner. il y a bien une planche en bois que l'on peut mettre sur l'évier mais pas du tout pratique si en même temps que l'on cuisine, on veut accéder à l'évier. Les conditions si l'on ne prend pas le nettoyage sont drastiques. Contrairement aux commentaires que nous avions lu, il y a bien du sel/poivre/huile et vinaigre, une éponge, des produits de nettoyage, du produit vaisselle.... c'est important de ne pas devoir tout amener pour quelques jours (ce que nous avions fait) la machine a laver fait vraiment beaucoup de bruit. Dans la chambre, un petit espace rangement pour les vêtements : 4 planches mais 2 sont occupés par HOMMY !!!

Une location convenable

L'appartement est très bien localisé en plein centre ville, dans le port, vue sur les bateaux. Le marché, les commerces et restaurants sont tous très proches. Trois points noirs cependant. Il n'y a pas de parking à proximité de l'appartement (les plus proches sont payants et à 200-300m de l'appartement). Deuxièmement, la douche n'était pas propre laissant apparaître beaucoup de moisissure. Troisièmement, le linge de lit (la housse de protection du matelas n'était pas très propre, cheveux, tâches douteuses). Pour finir, la propreté dans le reste de l'appartement était juste convenable.
