Arrived to having to put bed linen on. Kitchen area dirty as appears not cleaned by host. Floor area not clean. Positives are location for St Martin and shower good. Main bed very poor and needed new mattress. Overall disappointing

The property has lots of charm and character. However, it wasn’t well sign posted and when we did find the check in desk there was nowhere to park safely to check in. Once you check in you get directions to the car park. This would have been useful before arrival as would knowing to bring your own towels and toilet paper. The room was comfortable and had some good amenities although it is in need of a little updating and or TLC. On site parking was good. Just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the main harbour area where the restaurants, shops and market are. Nice and quiet location, just be careful on the grass area where your outdoor table and chairs are as nobody cleans up dog mess which was not great. There’s an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and a gym on site. Bike hire available too. Would stay again but would bring things with us like towels and toilet paper next time now we know.

Good communication about how to access the property as I arrived after reception closed. The apartment was well equipped and it was ideal for one or two people, but though it claimed to be for 4, two couples would have found it very uncomfortable, with one couple in the double bed and the second couple inches away on the sofa bed. It was disappointing to arrive at 11am and have to make up my own bed, and though the hotel was far from full when I arrived, I was given a room which looked out onto a square at the back and had a footpath running along right outside my window. Apartments looking onto the gardens (which I have had in the past) would have been much better. On the day of departure Reception were helpful in looking after my bags until I left St Martin in the afternoon.

Ok lägenhet men alldeles för varmt, trots fläkt var de 30 grader på loftet så gick inte att sova där uppe. Endast balkongdörr så svårt att få genomdrag. Köket var bra utrustat. Poolområdet var ok.

nous sommes arrivés difficilement sur les lieux accès très difficile. Parking très bien mais pas pratique. 43° et pas de clim juste un ventilateur. Nous sommes partis très tôt la première nuit nous avons dû raccourcir notre séjour , sans clim il était impossible pour nous de rester plus. Dommage. Le personnel est super très gentil et à notre écoute. Le studio très bien la literie très bien aussi coin cuisine très bien mais nous ne sommes pas servis car quitté les lieux après quelques heures.

Chambre correct au niveau du ménage, cela pourrait être plus poussée. Pour le prix, difficile de concevoir de faire le lit à notre arrivée. Pas de prise électrique à proximité du lit, deux lit simple, cadre agréable à proximité de la ville. Parking appréciable.

A recommander

Un appartement vaste pour deux personnes, bien équipé. La résidence est très bien située et le parking très appréciable. Bon point aussi pour l'accueil des chiens, rendu pratique par le vaste jardin privé. Seul bémol : la chambre mériterait d'être rafraîchie ( rideaux déchirés, tour des fenêtres noircis et abîmés etc...)

En fredelig og passe varm uke

Utmerket leilighetsopphold med gode kjøkkenmuligheter og herlig badebasseng som gjorde god nytte i varmen.St.Martin var en herlig by med mange gode restauranter og koselige butikker. Gode tilbud om sykkelleie og ellers var biltur rundt på øyen en stor opplevelse (vi kom med egen bil ned fra Stavanger)

Le séjour a l’île de ré s’est bien déroulé, L’hôtel est bien situé et permet de bien visiter la ville à pieds ou en vélo, le personnel a été sympathique. C’est la chambre qui était à notre goût moins bien, avec odeur d’urine dans les WC, porte fenêtre qui ferme mal, sèche serviettes qui ne fonctionne pas, vaisselle sale, Un peu plus d’entretien des chambres pourrait permettre une meilleure appréciation
