die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, aber zu dunkel und nicht wirklich gut gereinigt.sie war kleiner als aus dem inserat zu erwarten und das bad war schlecht beleuchtet und sehr klein.die wc- lüftung lief 24h und war sehr laut.der hausflur war ungastlich und roch unangenehm. der fahrradkeller beinhaltete uralte und abgelegte räder und war völlig staubig. es fehlte mückenschutz an den fenstern und der abgang vom Wohnzimmer zur terrasse war gefährlich.die gut funktionierende heizung war hilfreich.das preis- leistungsverhältnis war unangemessen.
