Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in Saint-Malo, just a stone’s throw from the superb Havre de Rothéneuf beach. The house is situated right in the heart of the village of Rothéneuf, next to one of the best bakeries in Saint-Malo. It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

It comprises a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private courtyard. Hotel-quality 4* bed linen is provided, with the beds made up for your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!

La Hune Wat een heerlijk plekje! In het dorp, naast de bakker! (we hadden helemaal geen last van lawaai door mensen die naar de bakker gingen) Prachtig ingericht, alles zeer proper. In het dorpje zijn een leuke bar tabac, een goed restaurant en een crêperie. een prachtige winkel met souvenirs, kleding, decoratie, juwelen; een chique kruideniers-winkel. Al wat je wil, vlakbij. Het eerste strandje is 5 minuten wandelen; het 2de op 8 minuten wandelen, het derde op 15.... En dan zijn er op rij-afstand nog vele andere fantastische stranden. Je zit net tussen St. Malo en Cancale in, maar weg van de drukte. Er vertrekken van aan het strandje ook prachtige wandel-paden langs de kust. We vonden het fantastisch!

Tolle Bäckerei im Haus nebenan. 🙁 Die Bäckerei nebenan ist sehr beliebt, so dass vor der Haustüre und vor dem Fenster immer eine grosse Warteschlange ist. Dementssprechend morgens ab 7:30 Leute, die vor dem Fenster quasseln, Kinder die schreien und Hunde die bellen. Die Küche war nicht wriklich sauber. Es war kein Parkplatz dabei -> Parkplatzsuche auf der Strasse. Kein Garten. Der Innenhof dürfte etwas gepflegter und sauberer sein."

The eared is super nice, the creperie is really good, the boulangerie next door is amazing and the restaurant at the end of the street was also good. The bar tabac not so much (unfriendly). Also a view nice beaches at a walking distance!!! The bakery next door is amazing, note that it is also quiet noisy (from 5 o'clock in the morning!) if you have your windows open. so only option is to close the windows."

La Hune Maison de ville très bien située au cœur de Rotheneuf à proximité de commerces. Le centre de Saint Malo est à quelques kilomètres. Avec les difficultés d'accès à St Malo en période pré Route du rhum, nous avons privilégié les voyages en bus. Rothéneuf est très bien desservi. Le logement est confortable, même si la chambre du second étage en sous pente est un peu moins confortable que celle du premier étage. Nous étions venus dans cette location il y a un an et il est très probable que nous y reviendrons.

Maison de ville agréable à vivre et joliment décorée

Nous avons séjourné à la Hune avec deux ados et nous avons trouvé la maison très agréable. Nous avons apprécié les équipements ainsi que la décoration. Le petit plus, la boulangerie juste à côté qui dégage une bonne odeur de croissants et pains au chocolat lorsque l'on ouvre les volets le matin.
