pas de wifi alors que l'annonce ne le précise pas et qu'au début j'ai interrogé et on m'a répondu qu'il y avait le wifi, ménage laissant à désirer (sous le lit et meuble) , isolation phonique déplorable

Séjour st servan

L'appartement est assez bien située avec un parking gratuit en bas, il faut parfois tourné pour trouver une place mais dans l'ensemble on fini par en trouver. En revanche gros bémols sur l'accessibilité de L'appartement. Il faut ouvrir et fermé à clé la porte qui donne sur la rue et ce à chaque fois que vous sortez, pour accéder à L'appartement il faut grimper un escalier très raide avec des marches étroites. Un conseil, ne prenez pas de valises mais plutôt des sacs. Sinon L'appartement est sympa calme et propre.

Appartement entre 2 plages

Cet appartement est parfait pour un couple. Il est très bien équipé et moderne, avec un parking gratuit. La situation est top, entre "Solidor" et les "Sablons" ; endroit préservé et charmant avec quelques bons restaurants. Le seul point noir est l'accessibilité à cet appartement qui se situe au 2ème étage, sans ascenseur, par un escalier en colimaçon très étroit ; mais la personne nous accueillant nous a gentillement aidés pour monter les valises, ainsi qu'au départ. Pas de télévision, ni de wifi.

Vue sur le port au calme

Si vous cherchez un coin calme sur St Malo. C'est ici qu'il faut venir. De plus vous pourrez contempler une magnifique vue au fil des heures avec la magie des marées. L'accueil est parfait. L'appartement est bien pensé. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Une douche de qualité. J'ai beaucoup apprécié. Une belle cuisine fonctionnelle et un coin chambre bien intégré dans l'appartement. Il est très facile de se garer au pied de l'appartement ou même dans un grand parking à côté. A noté que l'accès à l'appartement se fait au deuxième étage et que l'escalier est très petit. Point positif, vous pouvez aller au Centre ville de St Malo visiter les remparts à pieds, car vous êtes à 2 kilomètres du centre. C'est fort agréable. Il y a de belles balades à faire dans ce coin tranquille. Je recommande.
