The accommodation comprises
- A living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, hob, toaster, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine and washing machine.
- One bedroom with two single beds (which can be made into a 160 cm bed). By default, we prepare a double bed, but if you would like 2 single beds, simply specify this when you make your booking.
- A shower room
- A separate WC
Outside area :
- A quiet, shaded terrace with outdoor furniture.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Area and activities:
- You're in the Sillon district, just a short walk from the main beach and all amenities.
- A 2-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic centre or the Palais des Congrès and Espace Duguay Trouin.
- There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, such as the Dock sur les quais, a loft-style bar-restaurant with an industrial decor and often a great atmosphere during concerts or matches.
- La Cabane sur les quais offers a seafood buffet.
- Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
- Intra-Muros and chaussée du sillon offer a wide range of restaurants, some of which are right on the seafront.
- Take in the view over Saint-Malo from the top of the Ambassadeur hotel with its Rooftop bar.
- Walk along the seafront for 900 metres to Rue St Vincent, where you'll find a Carrefour Market for your shopping needs. Intermarché is a 1.5 km walk from the quays.
- The Rocabey market is just a short walk away, where you'll find fresh local produce.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private underground parking space. The parking space is fairly narrow.
