Appartement avec vue sur la baie de Saint-Malo, avec les pieds dans l'eau au gré des marées. A proximité des Saint-Malo mais éloigné juste ce qu'il faut de son afflux de touristes intramuros. Belles promenades dans les dunes, côté Cancal. Bourg à proximité avec commerces essentiels. On recommande chaleureusement cet endroit.

Appartement littéralement les pieds dans l'eau acces direct a la plage.

Bel endroit, superbe vue, Balcon au soleil et a l'abri des vents d'est. On laisse la voiture dans le box, des bus a 200 metres toutes les demi-heures vous emmène a Saint Malo.Les parcours de randonnées aux pieds de l'appartement.Communication excellente avec un propriétaire a l'écoute et sympatique.

Fantastique appartement !!

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans ce fantastique appartement de vacances à Saint-Malo ! En tant que famille de cinq personnes, nous avons été ravis de l'équipement moderne et soigné - nous n'avons manqué de rien. La situation directement sur la plage était tout simplement parfaite, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de nombreuses promenades et excursions variées directement devant la porte. L'appartement était l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie.Le contact avec le propriétaire a toujours été simple et chaleureux, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous y retournerions à tout moment et pouvons recommander ce logement sans réserve. Un vrai bijou pour des vacances inoubliables à Saint-Malo !

Angenehmer Vermieter. Hervorragende Lage! Terrassenmöbel alle mit durchgebrochener Sitzfläche und an einem der drei Betten war der Lattenrost total defekt- das geht überhaupt nicht und stellt eine Geringschätzung des Gastes dar. Sehr schade.

Au delà de nos attentes!

Milles mercis! Nous connaissons bien cette plage et rêvions de pouvoir y séjourner les pieds dans l'eau... L'appartement est donc idéalement situé sur la plage avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de St Malo. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille de l'appartement et des chambres plus confortables que nous les avions imaginés. La terrasse est un vrai plus, la baie vitrée un bonus incroyable! Pascal est un hôte extraordinaire, soucieux du moindre détails, doué d'une excellente communication! Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir très vite... Encore merci!

Impression magique d être dans la mer.

Malheureusement un temps épouvantable :6 jours de pluie Sur 7. Ce fut compensé par la beauté du site dont on pouvait Jouir de l appartement. En plus de la plage au pied de l appartement,le sentier Des douaniers au pied de l appartement également, Et les rochers en prime que les enfants peuvent escalader Facilement.

Très belle vue. Appartement bien aménagé.

- Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant. Excellent contact. - Magnifique vue sur mer depuis la terrasse, mais aussi l'une des chambres. - La chambre en question est aménagée avec goût (les deux autres sont un peu plus basiques, mais cela convient parfaitement pour une semaine de vacances). - Bel escalier en bois blanc, menant aux chambres (situées sur deux étages). - Cuisine bien aménagée et bien équipée. - Séjour fonctionnel et assez agréable. - Place de parking avec box. - L'endroit est tranquille et correctement situé par rapport aux commerces alimentaires (un Carrefour contact à 10 minutes à pieds). A un quart d'heure de l'intra-muros de Saint-Malo en voiture. Aux pieds de la plage (assez grande et pas excessivement fréquentée). - En résumé, de quoi passer une semaine (ou plusieurs) agréable(s).
