Equipped kitchen (hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes), Wi-Fi, TV, heating, portable air conditioning, workspace. The shower room also contains the toilet; hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel provided. Sheets and towels are provided. No washing machine (launderette nearby). Daylight comes through a glazed French door onto the street, the studio's only opening: it has no view and no terrace.

The tram stop (line 2) is 540 m away, a 7-minute walk, and Comédie in Montpellier is about 25 minutes by tram. By car, take exit 32 of the A709. Blue zone 100 m away (free in the evening and at weekends), free unlimited parking 200 m away. No space is reserved. Bakery, pharmacy and shops nearby.
