Our 150 m² house, bright, warm and fully equipped, offers all the comfort you need for a stay with family or friends.
The maximum capacity is 8 people.

Its charm and privileged location — between the sea (15 minutes from Frontignan and Palavas-les-Flots, 18 minutes from Bouzigues, 25 minutes from Sète) and the city (20 minutes from the center of Montpellier) — make it an ideal place to relax while remaining close to all amenities.

You will enjoy a large garden, a sunny terrace (parasols available), a secure swimming pool area with pool house, outdoor games (ping-pong table, football goals...), 4 spacious bedrooms (one of which is 12 m² with a vintage table football), a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet environment.

The house is equipped with an independent ducted air conditioning system in each room, for optimal comfort in all seasons.

You will have 2 to 3 private parking spaces right in front of the house, as well as a small public parking lot located only 50 m away.

📦 Departure Instructions
To ensure a warm welcome for future guests, we kindly ask you to complete the following tasks before you leave:
Fill the dishwasher and turn it on
Remove sheets from used beds and gather towels in the bathroom
Empty the fridge, dispose of leftover food and drinks
Take the trash out of the bins Appropriate
Turn off all lights and close the house
Leave the air conditioning / heating as it was on arrival
Return the keys according to the agreed terms

⚠️ In case of non-compliance with these instructions, a partial deduction from the deposit may be applied, and this may impact the assessment left after your stay.
