House of 140 square meters with indoor swimming pool heated all year round and connected to the house. Located on the edge of the forest and cycle paths and 6 minutes from the beach. Placed in a residential area, the villa is a little corner of paradise... ideal for a family holiday. Villa composed of 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is a dormitory with 2 double beds and a single bed.
Weekly rental during school holidays and a minimum of two nights outside holidays. Parties are prohibited. Fees and options
– Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee: €200
– Optional linen package: €180, including:
• Bed linen (120 €) – 4 double beds (160 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm)
• Bath linen (€60) – large and small towel for 8 people

Linen is provided clean and ready to use. Beach and pool towels not provided. Please specify in your booking request the linen option to be paid on site. A deposit of 1000€ is required.
