This apartment, located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a secure, tree-lined residence with a private communal pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), sleeps 4 people (one additional child may be accommodated). One private parking space inside the complex.
It features an entryway with a closet, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed with a dresser) and 1 loft bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed with a dresser), a bathroom with a toilet, and a 7 m² loggia equipped with an electric grill. Free Wi-Fi.
It is located right in the center of Saint Jean de Monts, 100 m from all shops, the market, the market halls, the post office, and the media library, and a 17-minute walk from the beach.
And if you’d rather not overload your suitcases, a bed linens and towels rental service can be arranged through our partner RSM SERVICES, upon prior request.
We also offer an optional end-of-stay cleaning service for 50 euros (please let us know if you’d like this when booking), to be paid directly to RSM SERVICES.

Excellent séjour !!!

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Excellente communication avec l’hôte qui est très disponible. Rien à redire sur le logement qui est fonctionnel et très propre, dans une résidence agréable et calme. Nous avons déjà prévu d’y revenir pour un plus long séjour.
