Très bon logement, mais agence immobilière sans aucune plus value

Logement fonctionnel, bien équipé, et proche de la plage accessible par un sentier. Seul bémol : une table rectangulaire serait plus adaptée. En revanche, l'accueil et les procèdures d'arrivée par Foncia sont un scandale. Arrivée peu avant 16 heures, nous avons réceptionné nos clés qu'à 17h30, et encore uniquement par un suivi de la responsable de la société de nettoyage. Aucune empathie, aucune excuse de la responsable d'agence Foncia : Avec un bébé et un enfant de 6 ans, c'est un scandale de laisser poiroter une famille pendant près de 2 heures : que serait-il arrivé avec une canicule le jour de notre arrivée ? Les procédures d'accueil inadaptées sont proches de la faute professionnelle. Sinon, le linge était de qualité, même si nous aurions souhaité l'avoir a disposition directement dans le logement et ne pas le récupérer et le ramener à l'agence.
