Bel Appartement au Bord de L'océan

Recently renovated apartment located on the first floor of a building on the seafront, in the pier district. A few steps away is the beach, the pier and a sailing school.

The 25m² accommodations are located on the forest side and the window overlooks the 1st floor, which brings calm, freshness and light. It can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child, with family or friends thanks to the double Murphy bed in the living room.
You will find a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190), a living-dining room with sofa and TV where there is a Murphy bed (140x190), a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric hob, Senseo coffee maker and microwave, and a bathroom with hairdryer included.

A parking space is included in a private parking lot (uncovered) overlooking the back of the building. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Depending on your arrival time (from 3 p.m.), your reception can be done either in my presence, or through a key box located at the entrance of the apartment. The same goes for your departure (before 10 a.m.).

As a reminder, the cleaning must be carried out by you before your departure, in order to return the apartment as you found it.
