Recently renovated house, neat decoration, new bedding<br>Please contact me by email at annespurr@hotmail. co. uk or at 00447858401476 (my number in London) because my parents are not always available to answer the number in France (0517285212).<br><br>In the countryside, in the middle of fields and vineyards, in a small village.<br>Very comfortable Charente house, with a lot of charm.<br>Each room has its own private bathroom. <br>You will find all the comforts of your own home. (new bedding, kitchen robots, plancha...)<br><br>We. only accept one pet per stay.<br><br>Bicycle garage. We have a donkey "Oscar"...<br><br>The house has a covered terrace and is surrounded by a landscaped enclosed garden. Shops are a 7-minute walk away.<br><br>We are located in the centre of the Charente Maritime, which makes it easy to make cultural visits, to enjoy water sports (canoeing, paddle, water skiing, swimming, electric boat) on the Charente or at sea. <br><br>In the village we have a bakery, a butcher, a newsagent and a self-service grocery store. In the summer you can use the municipal swimming pool.<br>We are 10 minutes from St Jean d'Angély, 15 minutes from Saintes, 22 minutes from Cognac, 55 minutes from La Rochelle, 45 minutes from Royan.

A fantastic stay in Charente Maritime. A warm welcome, with lots of information about activities and places to visit in the area. The house was beautiful and impeccably clean. The veranda was wonderful and we ate outside every day. We were looking for somewhere tranquil and we found it. It was a very relaxing stay.

Gite agréable dans le style de la région. Nous prenions souvent nos repas à l'extérieur, la terrasse couverte est très agréable, un soir nous avons déplacé la table au soleil à l'extérieur. Tout le nécessaire est sur place. L'accueil de Simone est appréciable. Nous recommandons, surtout chacun sa salle de bain et ses toilettes, pour trois couples c'est l'idéal.
