GENERAL INFORMATION Upon arrival, please check in at the reception desk located at No.19 Chemin des Portes before entering the estate grounds. Vehicles may be parked in the parking lot across from the estate or in the free street parking spaces. No vehicles are permitted to park within the estate grounds except for unloading and only with reception’s approval. SAFETY GUIDELINES It is prohibited to allow new guests to enter without notifying the property, which reserves the right to refuse entry or charge additional fees. The occupancy limit for each house must be observed. If this is not the case, the guest assumes full liability in the event of a fire or accident. The Resort will charge additional fees and reserves the right to cut short the guest’s stay immediately and without refund in the event of a violation of this rule. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages and in all common areas, including the swimming pools; failure to comply will result in a deduction from the security deposit. Ashtrays are provided on the terraces. In accordance with Decree No.2006 1386 of November 15, 2006, establishing the conditions for enforcing the smoking ban in public spaces, smoking inside the house will result in an additional charge of 50 per day or legal action. Any accidental activation of the fire alarm due to non-compliance with this provision will result in a charge of 100 to cover the cost of resetting the fire safety system. LIABILITY We assume no liability for theft of your personal belongings or personal injury not resulting from a breach of duty on the part of the property. Any complaint must be reported to our staff as soon as possible so that we can find a solution promptly to ensure the quality of your stay. Management accepts no liability for the actions of children who are under their parents’ supervision. We accept no liability for any injuries sustained while using sports equipment. Children are not permitted to use this equipment without supervision. Domaine les Granges 55 Chemin des Portes 17400 Ternant The Domaine “Les Granges” is located in the town of Ternant, near the Bernouët recreation center and the “Atlantys” aquatic center. Take Exit 34 on the A10 highway toward St. Jean d’Angély. Go straight at the first roundabout. At the second roundabout, take the first right: St. Jean d’Angély Ouest, Hôpital. Pass an Intermarché supermarket on your right. Go straight through the small roundabout. At the fourth roundabout, turn left toward the hospital. After 600 meters, turn right toward St. Savinien and the “Atlantys” aquatic center. Continue straight ahead; the hospital will be on your right. Cross the bridge over the Boutonne River and continue to the traffic lights. Then turn right toward Ternant, D218. After 500 meters, turn right; you’ll see a large black gate on your left. Turn left immediately after 200 meters. Parking and the entrance are at the back of Domaine les Granges. By plane: La Rochelle Airport (the closest) or Bordeaux-Mérignac. By train: TGV from Paris to Niort, then from Niort to Saint-Jean-d’Angély.
