Perfekte Wohnung in idealer Lage von St. Florent

Es hat alles gepasst: angefangen von der netten Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, die uns im Vorfeld sehr detaillierte und zielführende Informationen zur Wohnung zugeschickt hatte, bis zur Wohnung selbst: für die 37 m² sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt, mit schönem Balkon mit Markise, sehr sauber, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ruhige, aber dennoch zentrale Lage (nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis in's touristische Zentrum des Städtchens mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten).Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in St. Florent verbracht, nicht zuletzt dank der tollen Wohnung.

Très bon emplacement dans un appartement bien équipé

Parlons des choses qui fachent en premier : le ménage et la télé.... ménage obligatoire de 70€ alors que le propriétaire vous impose de la faire avant de partir (autant augmenter ses tarifs, ce serait plus honnête) et la télé hors d'usage, message envoyé aucun retour. Pour le reste, absolument rien à dire : très bon emplacement, équipements suffisants, place de parking privée, proximité du centre ville. Le séjour aurait été parfait sans les 2 points noirs cités au début.

Agreable, calme et tres bonne situation

L'appartement est très bien équipe, cote parking donc calme. Tout peut se faire a pied (plage, courses, centre avec restaurants...). Procédure claire pour chercher les cles.
