Charming house in the Patrimonio vineyards, surrounded by vineyards, with sea view. The house is located 5 minutes by car from the first beaches, and 7 minutes by car from the beautiful seaside resort of Saint Florent. Very beautiful hikes in the vineyards from the house.
The occupants of this house are surrounded by vineyards and works of art: The house is a 19th century winegrowers' house, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, on 2 hectares of wooded land, bordered by vineyards. The house includes on the first floor a very large living room (living room/equipped kitchen with bar), a first bedroom (bed of 140), a second bedroom (bed of 120), a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a master suite with bedroom (bed 160), dressing room and bathroom (bath and toilet), opening onto a terrace with sea view. Terrace, barbecue. Wifi. Extremely quiet environment conducive to rest and meditation.
Make yourself comfortable in your vacation home. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
