Minihic "The apartment is located in a peaceful town about 15 mins driving from St Malo. Location is great, a bakery, a small grocery shop, a cafe are just around the corner. Easy check in. The only issue is the apartment is labeled with number instead of ‘name’ on the door plate so it took sometime for us to find out. It is number 4 unit. Good point: - fully functional kitchen - very responsive management - good for a small family - private parking space for each unit Can be improved: - The living room can be quite warm at night in Aug - the whole apartment is floor with wood paquet -can be difficult to control the young kid who like to run and jump all the times. We can also hear the upstairs neighbors walking . Need to improve the soundproofing - curtain is very thin in the bedroom. A blackout curtain would be helpful especially in summer"
