Stayed for a week at the start of the Easter holidays. House very spacious and comfortable. We were 7 adults and a baby, so didn't make use of all of the bedrooms. There are only two bathrooms and two WCs, which was OK for us, but if the maximum occupancy of 13 was reached I imagine this would become a problem. House was well-equipped, although one or two more armchairs in the living room would be useful. The main feature of the house is the view across the bay to Mont St Michel, which was stunning, and exactly as in the photos. The seafront of Cancale is only a short walk away, but it is a very steep pull back up either by footpath or steps, or the longer route by road, which would pose a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Room for one car on the drive, and space for two more in the basement garage, but parking is easy in the free car park or on the road. Wasn't cheap in the school holidays, but overall higly recommended.
