We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Coulomb, this charming apartment under roof, crossing from East to West of a surface of 33 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 19 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a common garden of about 180 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 19 m² with TV and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet

Outside :
- An unenclosed west-facing garden shared with the other apartments and equipped with two picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful days.

Presque parfait…

L’appartement est très bien situé et agréable. Le parking devant l’immeuble appréciable. La boulangerie juste en bas est un plus très sympathique. En revanche il faut savoir que l’escalier est très raide et peut être difficile pour quelqu’un qui a des difficultés à monter les marches. Un petit écriteau Wi Fi est là… mais rien n’est inscrit dessus. Nous avons cherché sur les infos envoyées et un code Wi Fi y figure mais ne fonctionne pas!! La télé affiche souvent « signal non trouvé »! Un effort pour avoir un peu plus de couverts serait bien aussi… Dommage… sans ces petits détails la location est parfaite.

Logement sous les toits bien équipé. Seul problème, le canapé dans lequel on ne savait pas rester assis. A 30 minutes à pied de petites criques de sable bien sympathiques. Boulangeries, boucheries et petite épicerie dans le village.

Très proche de saint Malo et du mont saint Michel, paysage et panorama à moins d’une heure de route. Le logement est idéal Rien à redire, mis à part le code wifi qui n’étais pas écrit la où il aurait du être, mais vraiment rien de bien méchant
