The ground floor opens onto a cozy living area, warmed by an indoor fireplace and bathed in light. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort: clean lines, natural textures, and a seamless flow between spaces. The mezzanine, both elegant and intimate, features a home office perfect for working or reading in peace, overlooking the living area.



Outside, the peaceful setting of Cité-Jardin du Grand Portneuf invites you to slow down and fully enjoy the natural surroundings, whether for a moment of tranquility or to appreciate the changing light throughout the day. Guest Access:

Our guests have access to the entire chalet and all of its private facilities.

They can also enjoy the resort’s common areas, including the heated pool in the summer and the shared spa.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of CAD 20 per night,

OR

* A refundable CAD 750 Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
