Very quiet apartment on the 1st floor, in the only small building in the center of an old village (9 apartments in all), listed in the Comm.de communes of the Côte Vermeille. Completely renovated, decorated, with a large bedroom and balcony: view of the Canigou.The living room has an American kitchen including a fridge/freezer, mini oven, microwave, built-in washing machine. A small terrace with garden furniture for 4 people overlooking the surrounding gardens completes this property. A common courtyard with clotheslines is available as well as a numbered parking space. A bakery, a grocery store, a newsagent are at the end of the street. An Intermarché, doctors, a pharmacist, a wine cellar serve the village. Behind the 11th century Romanesque abbey church is the Tourist Office as well as many small squares and restaurants.
