My villa is located in Soréde at the foot of the Albères in a very quiet residential area.<br>You can enjoy a sea view and also the Corbières.<br>Hiking trails start from the house.<br>The first beaches are 10 mm away, the Spanish border is 30 mm away and the city of Perpignan is 25 mm away.<br>The photos will soon be updated, indeed for the sake of anticipation, I generated some of them with an AI as close as possible to the future layout while adding the current photos despite some finishing touches in progress.<br>My villa will definitely be ready for July at the latest.<br>Everything will be completely new, the house is equipped with reversible air conditioning<br>You can contact me for pre-bookings without obligation on your part.<br>Outside, several terraces are set up for sunbathing and con dining.<br>You can also benefit from a large semi-buried living room in a green setting and a plancha corner.<br><br>Linen (sheets and towels) is provided for bookings in July and August.<br><br>You have the possibility to rent me sheets and towels by reserving them in advance for the off-season months.

Sylvain's house was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It has clearly been purpose-built as a holiday rental and is exceptionally well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Both the indoor living spaces and the outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed, making it easy to unwind whatever the weather.The pool and seating area were absolutely fabulous and became the perfect place to spend our days and evenings. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area while still providing a peaceful retreat to come back to each evening.We had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. We'll definitely be booking again!
