Ideal for a couple or a family looking for outdoor adventures: personal watercraft, boat, water games, snowmobiling, skiing, skating, fishing... each season reveals its treasures.<br>The chalet includes:<br><br>5 sleeping places<br>Outdoor pit toilet<br>Wood stove and oil stove (if needed)<br>Electricity (120v) for refrigerator and TV<br>Lighting and cell phone charging (12V) thanks to a solar panel<br><br>🚫 Caution: No running water in winter — you have to break through the ice.<br>💧 Lake water available during the other three seasons.<br>🌞 In summer:<br>- Small private beach<br>- 32-foot dock for boats<br>- Access to kayaks, canoe, cyclo-pal (optional)<br><br>Opposite: Jonquière campground with restaurant and convenience store nearby<br><br>📍 Only 10 minutes from Jonquière, you are elsewhere — on an island that is home to only two cottages, with the only neighbor being the silence of the lake.
