Would like to see maybe a waffle make think house keeping during the visit would be better fresh towels and new trash can liners for rooms the do not disturb sing was missing from my room the bathroom sink handle was loose and came off turning the sink off.

We arrived and was told we had to pay a 50.00 deposit if we wanted to stay the night. The clerk advised we would get that refunded in 5-10 days if there was no damage done to the room. That was not stated in the description of the property. AC in room barely worked. Was told it was a non smoking room but the smell of weed was everywhere in the hallway. Would not recommend this place and my money should be refunded.

They only cleaned our room once and we were there for two weeks the sink was clogged we had to buy our own tissue and nothing was ever restocked like towels wash clothes floor wasn’t vacuumed nothing toilet wasn’t cleaned

There was party all night in the parking lot, weird people everywhere and they charged me double!!! Room was already paid through Expedia and they charged me on top of that.

Stayed here for a night with my kids and sister in law the room was fine minus the slow draining sink. They had a grab and go breakfast in the morning which was fine overall but they lacked options for lactose and tolert people the overall look of the place wasnt very homey. You could barely hear the clerk behind thebhuge barrier at the desk. One guest was telling me hed been waiting for least 10mins for someone to show up at the desk. Overall my stay was fine tho for the short stay we had.

The hotel rooms and their contents are in need of repair/replacement. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door, a hole in the shower. The sheets were threadbare and ripped.

Stayed 6 days. Room wasn’t cleaned at all! Housekeeping in non existent. Blood on pillow. Constant issue with someone trying to open the door. AC rattled all the time. Always harassed by people hanging outside of hotel begging for money.

The phone in my room didn't work. The AC was hard to turn on. You can hear the people in the room next door talking. The price was good if the phone and AC worked correctly. Service was very friendly.

First when checking in no one was in the lobby and sign said call, the lobby was blocked by windows and metal, like prison guards. Room 320 was very dirty, smelly and bed was too soft also not even. Bathroom ceiling has a 5-6 inch hole and looks moldy, called to front desk and her answer was she is aware of it but no apologies.
