Very nice hotel. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The staff were extremely helpful. The complementary breakfast was excellent. They even gave you cookies to take back to your room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Schaumburg area.

Everything was nice. The staff was awesome and very nice. Everytime I saw a staff member they greeted us. The room was clean but the bathroom could have been cleaner. Other than that the stay was great and the hotel was nice. I'll definately stay again, plus it was close to everything.

Everything was great except the beds, they have not been flipped or rotated in a long time. The usual sitting and sleeping spots on the bed are overly soft, like you sink nearly to the box spring and if you turn or lean over you nearly fall right out the bed. We thought it may have just been the type of bed but the outer side of both beds are much more solid. Other than that our stay was very good.

Hotel was very clean, including the stair rails which is important for those who prefer stairs over the elevator. The breakfast offerings and food quality was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The eggs were made fresh, English muffins were fresh and they had a larger variety of fruits and nuts for the oatmeal. The coffee was also excellent. Outstanding!
