During my stay they had allowed a soccer travel team to rent rooms for the teens without adult supervision and at 7pm there was a teen walking up to random doors kicking them really hard then running. 10:30pm yelling females running up and down the hallways bouncing soccer balls. When we called the front desk about both incidents they said there was nothing the could really do. 3:18 am we were awakened again by teens running in the halls chasing each other and screaming. We called the front desk again and no one answered. I have also reached out to corporate for resolution but have yet to hear back. We haven’t slept that horribly in a hotel ever.

Room wasn't very clean when we got there, housekeeping missed s few spots vacuuming. Didn't like the design of the bathroom/shower. There was no lip to the shower to keep the water in, just a drain in the middle of the bathroom. So water just basically just got all over the bathroom floor. Netflix didn't work, nor was there anything good on TV. We requested housekeeping a few times during our stay but they never showed up. Breakfast was kind of lackluster. The staff were very nice though.

When we arrived at the hotel everything was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. Once we got to our room, our beds were stiff and the Toliet was not working. The Toliet overflowed actually and I asked to switch rooms. The front desk person came up to give us the keys to our next room. Our next room still had a few problems. The toilet still had a problem and kept running, the heater kept clicking and my bed felt lopsided which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. The breakfast was not great either. Not very many choices and the choices didn’t look too appealing. I will say I felt very safe and the area had many great stores and restaurants.
