The vacation apartment is located in a well-maintained, spacious vacation complex in the center of Neddesitz—in the municipality of Sagard—and offers the ideal starting point for excursions across Germany’s largest island!
The vacation complex offers a wide range of recreational and sports activities.
The swimming pool is just a few steps away. There, you’ll find fun and relaxation in the spacious pool area with a slide, a toddler pool, a spacious sauna area, and a large beauty and wellness area! Please note that admission to the water park is not included in the price!

Vacation Apartment No. 35, with its own entrance, measures approximately 55 square meters and is located on the first floor of a beautiful vacation home. The two-room apartment comfortably accommodates four people.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a terrace.

The spacious bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. The spacious and bright living area offers space for two additional guests to sleep on a pull-out sofa bed. In addition to a seating area, there is a dining table. The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped with a stove and oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Of course, other kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are part of the standard equipment!
Floor-to-ceiling windows lead out to the terrace. Spend many sunny hours here enjoying the magnificent view of the greenery.
The naturally lit bathroom with a shower and toilet is bright and modern. 
Wi-Fi is free in the apartment; you simply need to ask for a code at the hotel complex’s front desk upon arrival. If you’d like to sit down to a set breakfast table during your vacation, that’s no problem either! You can book a hearty breakfast on-site at the hotel.
Of course, a free parking space is available right nearby. It is numbered 35, corresponding to the apartment number.
