This is a nice little inn and I appreciated the AC being available in the room, along with the small but convenient food options in the lobby. The room itself is small but I didn’t hear too much noise and I liked that everything was new. There is enough parking too. The front staff could use a little more training and friendliness but I guess they’re just college kids with an easy job. I appreciated the location and overall atmosphere

The Vine Inn is in a great location (right in downtown Davis, easy walk to coffee, food and UCD). They have close, easy parking and quick, friendly check-in and check-out. The room was spacious and clean with comfy beds. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! It was somewhat noisy, but not terrible. My only request would be eco-friendly shampoo / conditioner / body wash instead of the little bottles (which were REALLY hard to squeeze). We like that they have eco-friendly toilets.

I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the Vine Inn was. I loved the decor in the rooms, the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and classy. The front desk was very helpful and I loved that snacks/coffee were available anytime. The downtown location was perfect for walking to the Arboretum, dining spots and campus. I look forward to staying here again. The only downside is that the rooms with two beds have doubles, not Queens.
