We were able to park practically in front of our door. The toilet paper was not mounted in the wall (no pin).

Rooms were way too expensive for what they were. Girlfriend was harassed by some other dude while I was gone and hotel did nothing about it staff seemed to not care at all. Definitely recommend staying somewhere else besides here 0/10 service and cleanliness

The front desk personnel were stellar. I am horrible about getting names, but our check-in person was quite awesome. Not the greatest part of town, maybe, but we felt safe. The property is comparable to other Quality Inns I have stayed at in different states. The room was clean, the bed and couch were comfortable. There is a Denny's 100 yards from the room, and other walkable options nearby (Carl's Jr., Black Bear Diner) with other restaurants in easy driving distance.

Bed was comfortable and pool area was nice. The breakfast did not look like the online pictures and only had waffles, muffins and cereal. No hot items or toast. We dealt with 3 staff members. One was very nice! The other two were extremely rude. They were very open about the fact that they would have treated us better if we hadn’t used a third party reservation system.

Nice convenient place to stay the night before catching a flight out of Sacramento airport, which is just a short, quick jaunt down I-5. Staff very friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and LARGE!

I had come in 3 hours later on my flight and was too tired to drive. Got this hotel and the front desk guy was awful and put this old lady on the second floor and didn't tell me they didn't have an elevator. Was approachef by 2 people the next morning before getting to my car, so I left without going into breakfast. Will never stay there again
