The Main House has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen and a living area. The bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed. A walk-in closet is available. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, an electric single oven, a dishwasher and compatible cookware. The living area includes a compact IKEA single sofa bed with chaise; bedding and pillows are provided. Each bedroom and the living room has a 4K TV with Apple TV, Netflix and other streaming services. A kitchen table with nearby power is available for laptop use, with high-speed gigabit internet, Wi-Fi 6 and an Ethernet connection. Children are welcome, and a child’s cot is available in the Main House only.

The Main House entrance is the red door facing the lawn and the street. Guests have private use of the Main House. Sol Rasmussen, co-owner, lives onsite and is the local emergency contact: (916) 248-0510. A separate cottage is located on the same property and is not included in your reservation. The garden is temporarily closed to guest access for planting season; please use the designated access paths. There is no guest parking in the driveway, garage or elsewhere on the property. Public street parking is subject to availability and posted restrictions and is not guaranteed.

Maximum 4 guests. No parties or events. Quiet hours: 10:00 pm–7:00 am daily. Please keep voices, music and TV low, and avoid disturbing neighbours at any time. No smoking or vaping indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted outside the front or rear door by the ashtrays. Please use the indoor rubbish and recycling bins. Housekeeping will remove the rubbish. No pets. Assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable platform policies. Additional cleaning may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and an agreed fee. There is no guest driveway, garage or on-property parking. Public street parking is subject to availability and posted restrictions and is not guaranteed. Entry is by digital smart lock; there are no physical keys. A Minut M3 in the entryway, outside sleeping areas, monitors sound levels, crowd risk, smoking, temperature and humidity without recording audio or video. Separate smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed in the bedrooms and hallways. The four exterior security cameras are active during guest stays and record audio and video when motion is detected. Coverage: front doorbell/entrance, side doorbell/entrance, driveway and backyard. There are no interior cameras.
