The staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, my room did not have hand soap or lotion to use. The decanters were both empty. In addition, the bathroom did not look clean at all. The elevator didn’t work, and half the hotel felt like a sauna while the other side was very cool. All in all, it was very disappointing.

Pros Location we wante for a good price Cons 1. Per fee not disclosed on on website, surprise at check in 2. Urine on toilet 3. One (nice man) apparently working alone while checking in, no one to clean urine without abdication of front desk 4. Floor and counters are marble with pointed 90 degree edges — cooling and looks nice, but Bob Sagat doesn’t recommend 5. halls are very warm and scented with glade plugins so it smells like a vape lord has smoked the place out 6. My bumper got dinged, likely from a drunk person leaving the wedding hosted in the reception area. Didn’t leave a note. Bummer

Customer service was poor. I arrived at 2pm and waited over 15 minutes at the front desk waiting to get checked in. Turns out she was watching family guy in the back room on an iPad. Rooms were old and worn out. Tv control didn’t work. Ended up just staying somewhere else.
