I wad disappointed that the elevator did not work all weekend. We were at a long exhausting music festival amd having yo climb stairs eeach day after was not a fin end to yhe day and having to bring luggage down at end was awful too.

I enjoyed the stay. I was having issues with the card, which wasn't reading correctly, but I had two staff members assist during the night and early morning. Those two were very professional and communicated well. Towards check out process was something else, the staff didn't gave me a recpeit or anything, and was telling me that it would be e-mail which I never received. I did ask that, but he just wrote and proceeded to talk to another member or guest, which was weird.

Room looked great until we actually looked/pay attention. The sink handles were loose amd didn't work properly. The shower curtain rod was loose and not secure - felt like a potential safety issue. The mattress was COVERED in stains and that was absolutely awful. At least our overall stay was less than 12hrs...
