For the money the room was very clean for a bed to sleep in and a good clean shower that appears updated. Unfortunately the outside of the building needs help. The sidewalks and elevator were very dirty. A power wash would greatly help and we saw a cat in a window and felt like there are people living in there permanently. No one bothered us though

The room looked clean and the beds were neat. However, there was a smell that was like that of homeless people who have not showered for days. I also saw a few cockroaches (or other bugs) in the bathroom area. There are nearby restaurants and a grocer, and the freeway is very close. This location is convenient for travel. I did not use laundry service and my interaction with the staff was minimal but okay.

Room was clean, but the property was VERY dirty, trash everywhere on the parking and walkways of the hotel. Also I accidentally forgot my pillow in the room, called same day, and they told me my pillow has been thrown away. That was my favorite pillow. Also location didn’t seem too safe.

I have stayed here several times and it has been consistently good. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and you can't beat the price. Its also nice to have Ihop, Carl's Jr and Taco Bell all right net door.

PLEASE! don't spend your hard earned money here. 1. Room was almost 2 hours late. They made us wait without compensation. 2. Idiot female smoking at pool, staff didn't care. 3. Kept $20.00 of $100.00 deposit, was DEFINITELY a scam. Credit card is disputing charges and already refunded my account. 4. I Saved the worst for last. NO MANAGER IS EVER AVAILABLE FOR COMPLAINTS. BUYER BEWARE!
