We stay at this hotel a lot. This time wasn’t so great. The room was not clean. The toilet was dirty The shower head was not great. I do not like the grab and go breakfast and the juices were not cold.

The front desk gentleman with the broken eye glass was short tempered and rude. The room had unclean dish wear , hairs on the bathroom shower wall, and lampshade was broken off and fell apart next to the bed.o The conditioner pump was also malfunctioning. The room even with the AC on was humid and musky.

They don’t let sleep and the rooms are by the freeway if you have problems sleeping you’ll never going to sleep there I pay for nothing I wonder they return my money because the people and rooms are very noise the freeway also too bad I change because of that to other hotel!!!

Room description from Expedia was misleading. Rooms were not size as described and property would not accommodate the rooms that were provided. Super dated room. Portable AC unit. TV was non operational. Bedding was less then desirable. I hope we can get refunded. Thanks JP
